Looking for EDGE support?

Your first port of call for help and support is the KnowledgeBase which can be found once logged into EDGE under the ‘KnowledgeBase’ tab. The KnowledgeBase contains detailed articles and resources for all the functions within the system.

Next up, you should contact your organisations Lead Administrator. If you don’t know who this is, click on the ‘Support’ tab in EDGE and the contact information of Lead Administrators will be displayed. If your Lead Administrator is unable to help then they should try your regional support contact such as your RRDN, (if applicable).

The EDGE Team can be contacted for support queries that cannot be resolved by the Lead Administrator or regional support contact. Please note: Lead Administrators should contact us on behalf of their users.
