The EDGE Conference ‘TOGETHER 25’ marks 25 years of EDGE and will celebrate 25 years of sharing, learning, and innovating with you, the EDGE Community. TOGETHER 25 also aims to kickstart shaping the next 25 years of research excellence with the help from our global userbase. The event will showcase EDGE expert users working within the field of research, who will share their best practice, knowledge, and practical ways in utilising the EDGE Programme to ultimately shape research excellence and efficiency. Our Silver Jubilee will be taking place at a brand-new venue of the EDGE Conference, the Hilton London Heathrow T5 on the 4th and 5th June 2025. TOGETHER 25 is the opportunity to unite with fellow members of the EDGE community and will showcase the strength of working together.

The conference will be taking place at the Hilton London Heathrow T5 in the Gallery Suite - a unique and dedicated event space. See here for travel and parking information.

event timings
Day 1 (4 June 2025) will start at approximately 09:30AM* for registration and finish at approximately 17:00PM*. Followed by the networking event starting at approximately 19:00PM* until 00.00AM*.
Day 2 (5 June 2025) will start at approximately 09:00AM* for registration and finish at approximately 16:30PM*.

2 DAY NHS/Healthcare Provider (Full 2-day conference with refreshments, lunch, plus networking drinks reception & 3-course dinner with entertainment)
£430.00 £387.00 10% off Early bird discount (running for a limited time only - book by the 2nd of December 2024).
Please note: The ticket price of £430.00 remains the same as our last conference in 2024 and does not include hotel accommodation. This needs to be booked additionally, see here for hotel suggestions.

Cancellations
We are able to offer a full refund for cancellations up until the 21st May 2025 (2 weeks before the event). After this date refunds are not possible. We are however able to swap over delegate details.
CALL FOR SPEAKERS
We are currently taking submissions to speak at the EDGE Conference 2025. If you or a colleague are working wonders with EDGE and want to share your best practice to global members of the EDGE Community, then we would love to hear from you! Speakers of the EDGE Conference can benefit from showcasing their organisations work at a prestigious event, along with complimentary access.
(Please note: For presentations where there are more than 1 speaker, only 1 place will be complimentary when from the same organisation.
