1. KnowledgeBase

Your first port of call for help and support is the KnowledgeBase which can be found once logged into EDGE under the KnowledgeBase tab. The KnowledgeBase contains detailed articles and resources for all the functions within the system.

2. Lead Administrator

Next up, you should contact your organisations Lead Administrator. If you don’t know who this is, click on the Support tab in EDGE and the contact information of Local Administrators will be displayed.

3. Regional Support

If your Lead Administrator is unable to help then they should try your regional support contact such as your CRN, (if applicable).

4. The EDGE Team

The EDGE Team can be contacted for support queries that cannot be resolved by the Lead Administrator or regional support contact. Please note: Lead Administrators should contact us on behalf of their users.
